This is the remains of my session of hand dyeing some wool and the colors are so luscious it almost make a painting in itself. I have done some natural dyeing and experimenting with fleece and my favorite so far is the onion skin color that came out a rich and vibrant orangey shade.
The marigolds were a bit disappointing but probably because I didn't have the right mordant at the time.
